Well, in my head canon after Appleseed and Cherry Blossom are born

Apple Jack is the only single pony left in the Apple family in Ponyvile, somepony better take her before anyother pony

Big Macintosh and Twilight Sparkle are married, with two little fillys, Cherry Blossom(red) and Appleseed(purple)

Applebloom and Sweetie Belle are dating

Spike and Rarity are married, but are unable to have a child because of one of them being a dragon and the other being a pony

Spike and Twilight are adopted brother and sister

was gonna add Granny Smith, but I can't get a ref for her, so lets just say she died
